Searches

Each nonempty search, including a direct visit to a search URL, is recorded on our server in a persistent database. We store a record ID, submission time with timezone, the search text after filtering obvious secrets and personal information, a normalized search string, matching guide count and guide IDs, and the completion or failure status. Empty searches are not recorded. If storage is unavailable, we show that the search record could not be saved; we do not claim a record exists.

Feedback

Feedback is stored separately from searches. A saved submission contains a record ID, submission time, filtered error text, selected platform, the product name when Other is chosen, optional task context, processing status, and a search record ID when a corresponding record exists. Ordinary searches do not automatically become feedback or public topics. We show receipt only after the server confirms the database write.

Filtering and use

We filter obvious API keys, bearer tokens, email addresses, IP addresses, and phone numbers before storing analytics records. Feedback containing recognizable secrets or personal information is rejected so you can remove it. Filtering cannot recognize every private detail: do not enter secrets or personal information. We use records to understand daily searches, identify missing guides, and review submitted corrections. Site counts are not measures of worldwide search demand. We do not store raw IP addresses in these analytics tables. Hosting providers may process connection data in their own operational logs.

Retention, access, and backups

Original search and feedback records remain in the database until the site owner requests deletion. We do not replace them with summaries or apply an automatic expiry. Authorized administration supports daily and date-range review, keyword and status filtering, CSV export, and deletion of individual records or an explicit date range. Administration requires a private access credential. Database backups are restricted to the owner and authorized operators; backup copies follow the owner's deletion instructions as well.

Request a deletion or correction

Email contact@aierrorwiki.com with the approximate submission time and the text or record ID needed to locate your record. Do not send a password or API key. We do not promise a response time.

Browser storage and third parties

The public site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Search queries appear in the URL and may be retained in your browser history. Linked product documentation and community sites have their own privacy policies.
